When we ask questions, we create space.
We create space for learning.
We create space for new ideas.
We create space for understanding.
We create a space for demonstrating we don’t know everything.
We create space for connecting with others.
Too many times I’ve simply assumed my communication was clear without asking others if my message was understood. Or I’ve assumed I know what the other person was saying without asking if they felt understood.
Stop assuming: Start asking.
Push past the awkward, the unease, the trepidation and just ask.
You never know what discoveries await in the space you create.
