Let me tell you a short story.
Years ago, I sat at my scuffed desk, wondering if I could really do this job. I wasn't worried about the tasks — I was worried about me dealing with all the people development that comes with a leadership role.
I was excited about moving up, but also scared of leveling up. How do I be an effective leader? Just try harder? Just keep going?
Another day, at the same scuffed desk, I realized this: it starts with me. All the people issues and problem-solving and vision-casting and teamwork doesn't happen if I don't do my own personal and professional development. That was the shift from surviving to thriving.
Now I'm here to help you. I want you to grow as a confident, flourishing leader. Not only have I trained to help you do it, but I believe you can. I use my my experience as a Certified Enneagram coach, my graduate education in leadership and Masters in Communication and Culture to guide leaders just like you.
